Josh Kaighin To Return On Stacked Domestic Show After Three Year Hiatus
Article by Kailem Lowe Swansea cruiserweight Josh Kaighin is set to make his much-anticipated return to the ring on a huge domestic card next month. The unbeaten 29-year-old has been out of action since July of 2023 when he extended his professional record to 3-0 with an opening round stoppage win over Poland's Marcin Prostko at the Selwyn Samuel Centre in Llanelli. Kaighin will now be looking to make up for lost time following a long period of inactivity and will finally make his long-awaited comeback in just a few weeks. As revealed last month, the Swansea-native will lock horns with Babatunde Duyile in a six round cruiserweight bout at the Brentwood Centre in Essex on Sunday July 12. Duyile made his professional debut just last month when he stopped London's Ross McGuigan in the 3rd round of their clash at the York Hall in Bethnal Green.
